[潤滑海綿墊加裝建議]
一些高階的避震器都會在防塵套和襯套間加入一個吸飽前叉油的海綿環, 來讓襯套和防塵套在行駛間也能得到充分的潤滑. 不過XCR 並沒有配備海綿環, 也沒有空間可以追加. 幸好襯套間的空間還有放置海綿墊片的空間. 底下是加裝的方式.
1. 先執行清潔 [XCR定期清潔/上油保養] 中的步驟1~6.
2. 將耐油海綿墊片裁切好, 並浸泡至15wt的前叉油內.
3. 將浸泡好的海綿墊片放到襯套的空間內.
4. 接著完成 [XCR定期清潔/上油保養] 7~9.
完成後記得晚上或不騎車的時候將前叉(單車)上下顛倒放置, 讓前叉內5ml 的前叉油可以回流到海綿墊片上, 這麼作隔天就能立即享受動作順暢的前叉哦.
