It is autumn in Taiwan. 20 degrees in the day time, breeze all the day. Perfect for a motor trip, with ancient, natural spots and camping over night,

Spots: No. 165 county road, Jiji railroad, Mingshin old-styled private school, stall foods, No. 14 Hehuanshan mountain road, Fushoushan farm.

Route: Tainan-> Zhushan->Jiji -> Hehuanshan-> Dayuling-> Lishan-> Fushoushan Farm.

I chose back streets between each spots to enjoy the most relaxing and scenery vacation.

Morning, enveloped in orchid trees. In summer, there will be paint in pink.

Morning fogs along no. 165 county road.

Zinan temple. People borrow money from this temple for investment. If returning great rewards(pretty likely as they said:)), they come back to return money and show appreciation.

 Stalls aside sell ice bar flavored with Shauxing rice wine. Nice for a sweeting noon.

 

Mingxin school, an ancient private school from Ching dynasty.

 

Hehuanshan Mountain road. One of popular winding road in middle of Taiwan.

Farmers' stalls sell fruit and vegetable along the way.

 Camping site beside a lake. Goats, rabbits enjoy themselves at home.

 Back to the highest-road spot, Wuling. altitude= 3275m. Shame as fog comes in the afternoon, or it is boundless to overlook central mountains from here.
